NI Soul Troop
NI Soul Troop are one of Belfast’s favourite live bands, gathering a reputation for energetic live shows guaranteed to make you dance all night, and an ever changing roster of some of the country’s finest musicians. Donal is the band leader, songwriter and arranger. A massive Northern Soul and Motown fan, the Troop songs also take influence from funk, jazz, ska and rock and roll. NIST regularly pack out venues in Belfast and have also played as support for Craig Charles, Smoove & Turrell, Brand New Heavies, Bentley Rhythm Ace, and various other acts.
